What if my e-Visa application is rejected?

Is this for a Vietnamese passport, or something else?
This service is for Vietnam's e-Visa — the visa foreign visitors need to enter Vietnam. If you're a Vietnamese citizen renewing your passport, the photo rules are different and you may need to visit your local immigration office. A separate service for Vietnamese citizens is coming soon.
I wear glasses — will that be a problem?
Yes — Vietnam Circular 73/2021 forbids all glasses including clear-lens prescription frames. Coloured contact lenses also forbidden. Remove glasses for the photo.
What dimensions does Vietnam Immigration require?
40×60 mm (4×6 cm) print equivalent — distinct from the international 35×45 mm standard. Both ears must be visible. White background. JPEG up to 2 MB. We deliver a file that meets all of these for e-Visa upload.
Can I wear religious headwear?
Yes for genuinely religious head coverings (hijab, turban, kippah). Face must remain fully visible from forehead to chin. Both ears must remain visible.
